Service Exclusions
There are a few things we can't do or take responsibility for — for safety, insurance, or because they need a specialist.
- Outside windows above ground level
- Pest control
- Mould removal (we'll clean visible spots but cannot guarantee removal)
- Lifting heavy furniture
- Mattress steam cleaning
- Cleaning of items considered a biohazard
- High roof access
- Garden / outdoor maintenance
- Striking or removing fixed furniture
- Cleaning surfaces unsafe to access (e.g. roof tops)
- Decluttering or sorting personal items
- Heated drying inside cupboards or appliances
- Anything not covered in the scope of work outlined
